The service was excellent. As the other reviews mention, the owner does not speak English, but communication was no problem. He had a simple form in English explaining the process and used very clear gestures. I dropped 4 loads off at 9am and picked them up nearly folded and packed in bags at 6pm. I got to select the pickup time at drop off.

€5 for a wash! The owner was around to give change and help. Super lovely man. This was the best deal.

Andi truly went above and beyond (!), washing, drying, and folding two (2) loads of laundry for me in just a matter of hours; I was astonished with how quickly he and his colleagues finished the job! With only 2 nights in Athens during my month-long European travels (for which Athens was decidedly the "mid point" of my trip), I only had this one particular day to refresh all the clothes I'd packed in my suitcase before setting sail for several Greek islands. We needed a quick, easy, affordable solution to refresh our clothing on a multi-week trip of Europe. Laundryroom fit the bill perfectly. We opted for the Wash & Fold service, which was 15 Euro per load. This allowed us to enjoy the sites instead of sitting in a laundry for an hour or two. The gentleman who performs this service, Andi, was extremely nice and our clothes were in great shape when we came to pick him up. I don't speak Greek and he doesn't speak much English, but we communicated the details just fine. (He has a checklist in English too that was helpful.)
